If you have been a visitor here for a while, then you already know how much I love time-saving recipes and cooking hacks. If a recipe involves dozens of steps and hours to make, I am probably only making it for a holiday celebration. Otherwise, I believe you can cook well, and do it in a way that doesn’t leave you trapped in a kitchen for hours.
This week my youngest daughter is on spring break and she suggested we try making something in the kitchen. As luck would have it peaches are also on sale, and so we whipped up a batch of my peach jam that we will be able to freeze and bring out to enjoy throughout the year. We had a little bit of the jam left over and decided we should try something new with it. Especially since it was Pi day this week.
If you don’t have peach jam, you can use also use a can of peach pie filling. Either way, the end result of this recipe is deliciousness!
Easy to make Mini Peach Pie Pasty Puffs!
Here’s How To Make It: (It is so easy!)
As I shared earlier, you can either use my recipe for peach jam, or you can buy a can of ready-to-go peach pie filling.
Then buy a package of puff pie pastry in your freezer section.
Cook the puffs as directed on the package. They are like little ovals you break apart.
Once the puffs have cooked and cooled, add your peach filling to the center.
Top with a dollop or spray of cool whip, and enjoy!

My youngest daughter and I had these for breakfast and had NO remorse. It has fruit, bread items, and dairy. That’s all considered breakfast food, right?!
Thanks for stopping by! Happy baking :)
