Essential oils are a pretty big thing in our home. I have been using Young Living for over a decade and I have shared before some of my faves and also, which ones have disinfecting properties. Now that Fall is here, hooray! Here are the essential oils that I am using the most in our home!
Thieves
In the age of COVID, I am diffusing this almost around the clock and I also put it on anyone’s feet who leaves our home for any period of time! Besides all of the good Thieves can do for you, here is an awesome diffuser blend that you can create using Thieves. It seriously smells like Fall!
Nutmeg & Cinnamon Bark
I love these 2 essential oils and I use them in cooking and also, for various other household uses. Cinnamon is an antibacterial and antifungal agent. Nutmeg is a pretty awesome oil as well, and is a powerful antioxidant. Remember that they are hot oils, which means you need to use a carrier or dilution oil if you are going to apply to your skin. Here is another diffuser blend I love.
Eucalyptus and Wintergreen
I keep these on-hand during the winter and Fall months. They are great in lotions and rubs for sore and tired muscles and I also diffuse and apply diluted topically when stuffy noses start to hit. Check out this fabulous diffuser blend.
Some of my other Fall favorites are Sage, Orange, Patchouli, Cedarwood, Lemon, Pine, Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood, Northern Lights Black Spruce, and Juniper. If you have any questions, let me know. I would love to help!
Thanks for stopping in and Happy Fall!
Love,
Jen
