Easy Halloween Monster Eyeball Cookies

Whew has it ever been a week! One of my larger PR clients has kept me really hopping as I have helped them with several big events and organizational structuring. It is exciting being able to do things like that after a decade or more of at-home “mommying”, but it can also be grueling. One of my favorite ways to chill out after a week like this is to make up fun recipes with the people I love the most, my family, and then of course share them with you! So today I would like to introduce you to a brand new JENerally Informed creation…..

Easy Monster Eyeball Cookies!

Before you begin go and grab this pack of Wilton edible candy eyeballs, plus a bag of OREOS and white chocolate melts and you are ready to roll!

Here’s how to make your cookies:

First measure out about a cup and a half of of the candy melts.

Next, put them in a microwave safe bowl and melt for 30 seconds. Take out the melts and mix well. Melt for an additional 30 seconds.

This amount of melted chocolate will cover about 12 OREOS. Now take your OREO and dip it into your mix. You might need a little spatula to spread evenly on the front side. It doesn’t have to be perfect, because remember Halloween.

Set each dipped cookie on wax paper and put the eyeball on top of the melted chocolate before it is completely set and dried.

Tada! Done!

Aren’t these easy and fun?! Plus they taste pretty darn good :)
