You all know I love to find the hacks and shortcuts when it comes to cooking. I actually think it might be my superpower….
This weekend my family made dinner to take to a friend’s family, and we wanted to include a fun Halloween dessert. I was thinking about making brownies, but I wasn’t completely sure what to make until I found these bad boys at my local Target, and then I knew!
I believe easy recipes like this have to be shared so that others can make them as well. We have got to help each other out!
So how about I introduce you to the easiest monster brownies you will ever make in your life?!
To make these I used a simple box of store-bought brownie mix and made them according to the directions on the package. Make sure you give the brownies plenty of time to cool before cutting.
Also, you might not already know this, but always cut your brownies with a plastic knife. I have no idea why this works so well, but it will change your brownie-cutting life. I also cut these particular brownies into taller, and a little more rectangular shapes so that they would look more like a face.
To finish up I had Anneliese my 10-year-old daughter put on the candy faces, and voila, history was made!
So pop on over to Target and grab these before they are gone because everyone needs to enjoy a monster brownie!
