Do you have a meal that is your favorite simply because it tastes so good and is super easy to make? Those are my favorite kinds of recipes! I love to cook, but I have no time and meals need to be of the time economy version.
Some of my favorite recipes like this are old. They are ones that I don’t have written down anywhere, and I might have seen somewhere once a long time ago, or that I created on a whim with whatever I had on hand.
Today I am sharing one of my favorite creations. It is one that came from items I had in my fridge one night a long time ago, and it has turned into a family favorite. Let me introduce you to the easiest pizza roll-ups ever!
Here is what you need to make it:
1 tube of ready-made crescent rolls
Spaghetti Sauce
One 4 oz bag of Italian/Mozzarella cheese
1 bag of pepperonis
Here is how to make it:
Open the crescent roll tube and fold it out flat completely.
Spread spaghetti sauce, cheese, and pepperonis evenly.
Starting at one end, roll the crescent rolls up into a tube shape until you reach the other end of the crescent rolls.
Bake on a lined sheet at 350 for 20 minutes.
Let cool, cut, and serve with a side of the extra spaghetti sauce for dipping!

This recipe can also be doubled and you can make a few roll-ups in case you need more than one. It can also be a wonderful appetizer for a holiday party!
