Who’s ready for a super easy-to-make baked pumpkin donut? I hope you all are! I might be a tad bit obsessed with pumpkin. It is one of my favorite things to create recipes with. I kind of wish pumpkin everything could be available ALL year, but I know that if it was, the unrolling of pumpkin everything would not be as much fun. Still when you’re in the season…..
Over the years there has been a lot of pumpkin sharing here, and with each new recipe, I think, “Well that might be it, I might not be able to whip up a new concoction with pumpkin!” But then I do, like this deliciousness, I am going to share with all of you today. Aren’t you excited?! Take a look.
Yum, right?! Plus the best part is that in less than 30 minutes, you can be enjoying these. Recipes with no fuss are kind of my specialty. So are you ready to learn how to make these? Let’s first talk about ingredients.
Pumpkin Donut Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup slightly melted unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 container cream cheese frosting (brilliant right?)
*Pinch of pumpkin pie spice to top donuts (optional)

Soft and fluffy, easy to make, baked cream cheese pumpkin donuts.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup slightly melted unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 container cream cheese frosting (brilliant right?)
- *Pinch of pumpkin pie spice to top donuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl mix together flour, baking soda and powder, salt and spices
- In a separate bowl mix together brown and granulated sugar, butter, and eggs. Cream well.
- Mix together wet and dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Spoon batter into well greased donut tins.
- Bake for 14 minutes.
- Let cool. Frost and top donuts with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
