I love cookies! But even better are cookies that are so delightfully easy to make that you can’t believe just how easy they are. Today, I am excited to share this recipe for 3-ingredient strawberry cake mix cookies that are delicious and so incredibly easy that you will be able to enjoy them in under 20 minutes.
Here is what you need to make them:
1 package of your favorite strawberry cake mix.
1 container of cool whip softened, but still cold.
About 2 cups of powdered sugar.
Here’s How to Make Them:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the package of Cool Whip and cake mix until completely blended.
Make small balls with the dough and drop them into a bowl of powdered sugar.
Cover the dough ball completely.
Remove the ball and place on an oiled or lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Easy, peasy right? I promise they taste so good, and the best part is you can change this recipe up to as many of your favorite cake mix flavors as you want!
