I have never really been a New Year’s resolution kind of person, but if that is your thing, then I am here to help! Today, I am going to offer some “helpful” tips on how to REALLY make and keep those New Year’s Resolutions. I’ve formatted this for printing so this can stay with you all year long. . .
Looking to lose weight this New Year? Here’s how!
Throw out ALL of your food on December 31st. I mean all of your food. Empty those cabinets, throw it away, donate it to your next door neighbor. Just make sure all you have on hand is copious amounts of bottled water, carrots, celery and maybe a few string cheese packages. Because not having any food in your house is a sure fire way to help keep you right on track with your goals…..
Looking for a little more honesty in your life this new year? Here’s how!
“To thine own self be true” never felt so good!
Also, perhaps, this is the year you should take a long, hard look at who you really are before setting those goals that we all know just aren’t going to happen….
Want to love yourself more in 2019? No worries, I have a plan to help you do just that.
Pick a role model, maybe someone like this, and then follow their example like a boss.
Looking for a life coach? Might I suggest your pet.
I hope you have found this post helpful and are ready to tackle 2019 like the boss you are, but before we say adieu to 2018 I have one last tip for you.
They say that a goal is not a goal until you write it down. So don’t forget to do that!
