It’s Back To School We Go!

In Cooking & Crafting, Motherhood, Parenting by Jen26 Comments

This summer was glorious. It was just the right mix of busy with enough lazy days to make you ready for something more. But today our summer officially ended and I sent my last baby off to school. P.S. I didn’t even cry. My teenage daughter thought I would, but nope. My littlest was too excited to go to school like a big kid. Check out how adorable she is! I think kindergarten suits her.

And of course equally fabulous, is her 5th grade sister! This girl is a beauty inside and out.

I really just kind of want to freeze them at this super cute and still little stage, because I know how fast it goes. And on that note, here are the older brother and sister who will both be high schoolers come Monday….

Anyways, today as I passed my younger children off to their amazing teachers I thought I really should give a little something to them to say thanks. So “tada”, here’s a brand new JENerallay Informed printable that you too can enjoy!

Say thank you to a teacher with this adorable printable!

If you are still summering go ahead and enjoy one more lazy pool day for me. Anyways, thanks for stopping in and feel free to send a few donuts my way when science fair projects come due…..

Love,

Jen

  1. Aw, Happy Back to School to all your kids. We still have another month left here as in NY we end late in June and don’t go back until after Labor Day. But love the printable and will keep in mind for when back to school does happen here, as well :)

Thank you! Oh they did, but my wallet didn’t like it so much. The shoes, the clothes, the glasses wowza. It was a lot, but I am happy to have the opportunity to help my kids and their fab teachers start the year off right :)

  6. very cute. we have about four weeks until the start of second grade and I can’t decide if I’m excited to have a few days a week back to myself or sad that I’ll be missing out on these days with her #happynow

  7. I hope they are enjoying going back to school. I’m sending my oldest for the first time to kindergarten. I think she’s still a little confused about why she has to go. #happynowlinkup

  8. Hi Jen, I can’t believe your youngest is all grown up and at school now! I remember seeing pictures of her with no hair but still sporting a headband. She does look like she’s embracing school already, let’s hope it stays that way. Your older children also look excited to be back at school too, which is a little unsettling… This is my first year not having to worry about back to school stuff, but it won’t be long before Catherine gets her results and knows where she is heading (or not)… It feels so different from school as she is pretty independent and knows what she wants (and what she doesn’t)… I will be sure to enjoy a few more swimming trips on your behalf!

Thank you for linking up with #keepingitreal.

    1. Me too! Although she is still so little. Especially in comparison with the high schoolers. Who are surviving, cause you know high school?? Here we go!

Good luck to your Catherine :)
