This week Celeste my Mommy Reality partner in crime has challenged us to share our photo fails. If you missed it, here is the challenge and her own photo fail:
Now, to share my photo fails.
First off, we have my Samantha having a less than stellar photo experience with Santa. She is actually trying to get away from him because she is scared to death of the Big Guy!
Then there is the photo of the first time Anneliese had a headband put on her.
Or the time I wanted to show off my new red underpants…..
Don’t forget to check out our guest co-host for the Mommy Reality Challenge this week Farrah of the Reflective Mama! Now it’s your turn! Grab our nifty new button and take a peek at some of your old family photos and link up to 3 of your favorite photo fails.
✔ *By submitting your pic, you are giving the Mommy Reality Team permission to use your photo to create a special silly meme for you if you win! :). If you win, you also have the to opportunity to be our co-host!
✔ **The Mommy Reality team and our special co-host are VERY diligent in pinning, posting, and sharing the link-up participation every week, so make sure to follow us on our social media channels so you won’t miss out!
We encourage you to visit a couple other Mommy Reality participants in the link-up and leave meaningful comments! The best part of this link-up is that we’re a community of real moms with a sense of humor about ourselves!

Yup, no doubt about it, we have all had our fair share of photo fails with ourselves and kids, too!! :)

I have been dying laughing at some of the pictures our moms have contributed so far!

To be fair, that *is* kind of a scary overly enthusiastic “I’m gonna eat you for a midnight snack” looking Santa!
Oh dear… that Santa is probably a family friend or something …. lol!
Nope, just a Santa that came to a church activity. After all these years at 12 she still doesn’t much care for taking pictures with Santa! Mommy Reality and scarring all par for the course, right?

My mom said I would not take the picture unless they were showing. No wonder my kids are such troublemakers. Has something to do with apples falling from trees…..

Hi Jen, you’ve got some great photos there. My favourite has to be the one of Anneliese wearing her first headband….Not that I don’t like your nice new red knickers! They were very nice indeed, but it Anneliese’s expression just about say it all!
Will be linking up later, for sure. I’m sure there has been a cut to the amount of hours in the day!

I love that one too, I just want to kiss her little cheeks in that picture! Can’t wait to see your photo fails.

Lovin’ the red pants!
I remember when LP first visited Santa and he was absolutely terrified of the big white beard – he’d never seen one before. :)

Hah, that’s funny! Beards are not usually something you see everywhere now a days.
That reminds me of something, I have forgotten which one did this, but one of my children kept pulling Santa’s beard!

hahahaha — Who wouldn’t want to show off their brand-spankin-new red underpants?
Anneliese’s face is too funny. I know she’ll appreciate that shot when she’s older… Well, much older because when she’s a teenager, she’ll be mortified! ;)

Oh yes, we have photos tucked away as they age just waiting to be brought out and used as leverage in order to ensure our children’s good behavior….. Plus the hubs and I have a song and dance routine all planned out for the first day we drop off our daughter at High School :)
